With 2022 fast approaching, I was working out the best way to start January strong and with the right mindset. I know run streaks aren’t for everyone, but if you have followed my journey you will know that they work wonders for me. Both mentally and physically they transform my daily life, in fact without my two run streaks through the pandemic I would have been a truly dark place with regards to my mental health.
I’ve decided to take part in RED January and from the 1st of January I will be running a minimum of 5km daily, no pace goals at all just simply getting the distance done, keeping my mind healthy and rebooting my running. I will also be raising money too, you can find my donation page here.
