You like to run? But you like the occasional tipple? Wouldn’t it be fun if you could combine the two…
Well Saturday 9th May you can take part in either a 5k or Half Marathon as part of The Ciderthon. Both races taking place in Sheppys Cider Orchards in Taunton in Somerset, where you can run the race whilst stopping off at cider tasting stations every mile(ish). Being an unconventional race it has some quirky features including the prize for best fancy dress being your body weight in cider. Imagine that 85kg of cider in my case….well worth dressing up for.
